The customer acknowledges having taken note of the General Terms and Conditions before consulting the reimbursement page. The terms “we”, “our” and “the Seller” refer to the Le Papier Peint Français website.

The Customer has a legal withdrawal period of 30 days from the date of receipt of the Products. Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We cannot exchange or refund any product offered. We cannot take back the following products if you have unpacked them:

Strikes, health crises or any other event presenting a case of force majeure are external events beyond our control. Le Papier Peint Français does not bear responsibility for any disruption to the delivery of packages during this type of event blocking the speed of delivery.

No refund request can be accepted on the grounds that it is late, for an order less than 59 days late. The customer agrees to make arrangements by ordering in time, in order to anticipate delivery delays.

It is possible to obtain a refund without having to return the order as long as it has not been shipped, that is to say as long as the tracking number has not been assigned. Once the order has been shipped, reimbursement will then take place after the Customer's order is returned by traceable parcel, and received by the Seller. 

If the mailbox is too narrow or the independent delivery person's choice, the package may need to be collected from a relay point or local postal center. Once proof of receipt, the package must be collected within 7 days before being returned. The Seller cannot be held responsible for a package returned for non-collection within the allotted time. The order cannot be returned free of charge when the secure delivery method was not selected during the purchase. The so-called returned order must then receive a return tracking number in order to avoid loss, sent by email by the customer to the seller after information from La Poste.

The Seller undertakes to exchange or reimburse any Product presenting hidden defects, lack of conformity resulting from packaging and quality problems during normal use of the Product, in accordance with articles L.217-4 to L. 217-14 of the Consumer Code. The refund will be made, depending on the buyer's choice, via the payment method chosen during payment, or in the form of a credit to be used on the site for 6 months. The reshipping costs will then be the responsibility of the Seller. The Buyer cannot cancel the sale if the lack of conformity is minor.

In accordance with the legal provisions in force relating to the conformity of the goods with the contract or hidden defects, defective Products (without this being the fault of the Buyer) or not corresponding to the order will be refunded or exchanged at the choice of the Buyer. The Products must be returned in the condition in which they were received with all the elements (accessories, instructions, etc.) in packaging allowing transport in good conditions.
These guarantees are without prejudice to the right of withdrawal provided for in article 4. It is recalled that within the framework of the legal guarantee of conformity, the Buyer:
- benefits from a period of two years from the delivery of the property to take action;
- can choose between repairing or replacing the item, subject to the cost conditions provided for in Article L. 217-9 of the Consumer Code;
- is exempt from providing proof of the existence of the lack of conformity of the goods during the six months following delivery of the goods.

The legal guarantee of conformity applies independently of the commercial guarantee which may potentially cover the Product. It is recalled that the Buyer may decide to implement the guarantee against hidden defects in the item sold within the meaning of article 1641 of the civil code and that in this case, he may choose between cancellation of the sale or a reduction of the sale price in accordance with article 1644 of the Civil Code.

For returns and requests relating to this section, please first contact customer service or consult our T&Cs . Any return by the Customer resulting in external postal costs cannot be covered by the Seller if it has not been informed beforehand.

In the event of a model or Product error when preparing the order, the Seller undertakes to exchange the Product. Return and reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the Seller.
The Customer has a legal withdrawal period of 30 days from the date of receipt of the Products. Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

Any device whose main parts have been dismantled cannot be returned or refunded. Upon receipt of the package, the Seller will judge the perfect condition of the Products (packaging, accessories and instructions, etc.). 

In the event of non-collection within the allotted time despite the delivery notice from La Poste, the order cannot be returned if the secure delivery method was not selected at the time of purchase.

In the event of a unit problem or defect, here is the proof procedure to follow:

1. Please provide high quality photographic proof of all products you received within 30 days of delivery.

2. Please provide high quality photographic/video evidence of the problem within 30 days of delivery. Alternatively, you can provide an official damage report from the post office if the outer packaging of your order has been damaged or unsealed.

3. Photos provided must clearly show the shipping label on the package, which includes the package weight and tracking number.

The withdrawal form is available on the contact page. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable products such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, dangerous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, please enter your name and order number.
If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank account again.
Next, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Then contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is mailed.

ARTICLE 8: GUARANTEE - RETURNS - REFUNDS - WITHDRAWAL

The items supplied by le-papier-peint-francais.com are new and guaranteed against any defect. They are identical to those of traditional commerce and come from all the publishers and suppliers listed.

If an item is defective or non-compliant, the buyer has 30 working days from receipt of the items to request an exchange or refund. If the thirty (30) day period normally expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended until the first following working day.

The customer must return new or unconsumed items in their entirety and in their original packaging, intact, accompanied by all possible accessories, instructions for use and documentation (in its original cellophane packaging and with the corresponding invoice ). In such a situation, the buyer must send proof of the defect(s) to contact@le-papier-peint-francais.com (description and photos attached).

In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, Le Papier Peint Français® is required to reimburse the sums paid by the customer, free of charge, with the exception of return costs. The refund is due within a maximum of 30 working days from the date of receipt of the returned package(s).

The return shipping costs then remain your responsibility.

In the event of a refund, we guarantee that it is made within a period of less than or equal to 30 days following the date of receipt of the returned package. No cash on delivery will be accepted, whatever the reason.

THIS RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL IS NOT APPLICABLE TO PERSONALIZED, CUSTOM-MADE ITEMS AND/OR CREATED EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE CUSTOMER .

These items will then neither be returned nor exchanged.
