Our wallpapers are produced on demand, to the dimensions required by the customer, and the cutting of our designs is carefully prepared by our technical teams.

Delivery times are between 12 and 20 working days in France and 18 to 30 working days in Europe, and are ensured by your local Post Office.
The start of counting of delivery days is effective after shipment.
Once the order has been shipped, the delivery person is solely responsible.

As our products are stored in different warehouses, you may receive part of your order in advance.

We ship your orders from different international warehouses (United States, Canada, China and France). Our inventory is spread across multiple fulfillment centers around the world so you can receive the order faster. This means that orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually. You may receive one item before the next one. Don't be worried if you don't receive all your items at once, the others are on their way as well. If you do not receive all of your purchases within 20 business days, please contact us to review your shipment.

Please note that tracking information will be posted 2-5 days after it is updated. Therefore, if you cannot find tracking information on your package, please try in one to two days later.

CANCELLATION & RETURN

You have up to 14 days after receipt of your order to request a refund or exchange.

You must wait until you have received your package before starting a refund request.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be made between 7 and 14 working days, depending on the payment method used.

Unfortunately, please note that we can only make changes to your order if it has not yet been shipped. If you would like to change anything in your order, please contact us within 6 hours of placing your order. If the order has been shipped, we can no longer make changes to your order.

You can only cancel an order if it has not been shipped.

We always try to find the best quality products for our customers. However, many factors could have damaged your products during transportation.

If you received a defective/damaged item, please contact us by sending an email from our contact page to let us know about your problem and remember to attach photos/videos which can clearly show the problem.

The value and shipping information is printed on a sticker on the outside of the package when your order is shipped. We will mark the package as a gift for our customers.
